We carefully separate usable items, metals, trash & electronics. Items will be taken to an appropriate facility for disposal, up-cycled, donated, or recycled.

What to Expect

  • An on-site inspection of the property to gain a thorough understanding of the scope of your project.

  • Develop a plan for the project outlining start date/time and an estimate of the time to complete the project.

  • We will provide an estimate of the project cost as accurately as we can.

  • Work closely and respectfully with the families, owner, caretaker, executors, property manager throughout the process in case there are issues or concerns, or add-ons due to unforeseen issues that could arrise with demolition or removal of items, to ensure we can handle them quickly and efficiently.

  • Sorting of items for removal as our team works through the project.

  • Clean up services including removing trash and debris, leaving the property clean and safe as outlined in the scope of work.

  • Appropriate disposal of all unwanted items and trash

What Forms of Payment Do You Take?

We take all forms of payment, including check, credit cards & cash

What Are Your Rates?

Fees are based on the type project, depending on it's level of complexity, time and man-power, and disposal fees, permits, etc., to complete the job in the time allowed.

Why Can't You Take Hazardous Materials

We are only insured to remove non-hazardous solid "household" materials. Hazardous materials sometimes have very specific disposal needs if they are caustic, toxic, unstable, or highly combustible (acids, unstable chemicals, paint, gasses).  Most areas have a local recycling center where you can take these items too. Besides the impact to the environment, these items could be harmful to people. We value our employees and will not knowingly place them in harms way with hazardous materials.

What If You Don't Arrive On Time

I Need A Quote...

We have a three hour arrival time window.  There are lots of reasons we could be late, including equipment malfunction, traffic, project overruns.  We will call the designated contact when we are on our way so you will know when to expect us to arrive.

Do You Do Clean Up Of "Move-Out" Properties?

We are not a cleaning service; however, we work with several area cleaning companies, and can refer one to you, or we can coordinate the services for a fee.

What If I Can't Be Home?

We prefer our customer be on site for average pick-up services.  For move-out clean-out services, we have a detailed work order we fill out of what items and where they are located. We post items that are not included in our removal services to ensure they are left in place.  Ideally, we would like to have items be easily identifiable / marked or posted prior to arrival.

Is There A Deposit?

Typically, for small items, there is no deposit.  We take payment in advance for smaller items/trips.  Payment options can be made in advance once we arrive on site. 

For large jobs, there is a minimum 50% deposit which is applied to the invoice, paid within 7 days of the scheduled pick up typically, and the balance is due when we arrive on site once we review the work order and confirm that there are no additional materials that could cause the price to increase.  Any additional items not on the original work order will be discussed, and we will determine if we have the necessary man-power at that time or if it will require additional trips, disposal fees, or people, and adjust the invoice accordingly.  

Is My Deposit Refundable?

Deposits will be refunded if services are cancelled at last 96 hours prior to our scheduled arrival date/time.   A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled less that 48 hours in advance.

Can I Make a Temporary Appointment?

Our appointments must be confirmed in advance, with the required deposit.  Unfortunately, we cannot "hold" appointment slots without confirmation as we may not be able to fill that slot last minute if it is not confirmed.

Do You Pay Customers for Scrap/Recyclables

No, we do not pay for scrap metal or recylables. We are a disposal company and the fees associated with certifications, disposal, licensure, fuel, man-power, etc., change often making it non-productive and cost prohibitive to pay for your used items.  We recycle if possible in order to cut down on the disposal costs and to help reduce the impact on the environment at the landfills.

Do You Do Bushhogging?

No, not at this time, but it is in our plans for 2026.  we do not do any type of land clearing or bushhogging. We do have an amazing referral network and would be happy to refer you to our trusted professionals. 

Will You Transport A Vehicle

We can remove old and/or non-operational vehicles with a title/proof of ownerhsip; however, we are not a transport company, and we do not transport vehicles across state lines.  We do not pay for vehicles - we do simple removal and appropriate disposal.
